Oasis Scaffolding Rent and Sell LLC was established in 2024 in UAE, and its sole parent company Shanghai Zhijian Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 and headquartered in Shanghai, China. With a team of over 100 employees, we are dedicated to providing integrated solutions that encompass the production, sales, leasing, and lease-to-own options of building materials and equipment, complemented by warehousing, logistics, and management services.
Driven by our corporate mission of “Building a Top-Tier Brand, Delivering Premier Services,” we are accelerating our global expansion. As part of this strategic layout, we have extended our operations beyond China and are establishing a global cloud warehouse system and a future-oriented supply chain service platform in multiple countries, including Indonesia, Singapore, and The United Arab Emirates.

Since embarking on her entrepreneurial journey in 1997, Madam Xie Birui has navigated nearly three decades of business development. She has led the company from its humble beginnings, overcoming numerous challenges, expanding its territories, and progressively realizing a grand, diversified industrial vision. Under her leadership, the company’s business domains have grown to encompass primarily building materials sales, equipment leasing, financial services, new energy, and big data platforms.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Madam Xie has held several prestigious roles, including President of the Fujian Ningde Jiaocheng District Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, President of the Ningde Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, and Honorary President of the Fujian Ningde Jiaocheng District Charity Federation. She has been repeatedly recognized with awards such as “Outstanding Female Entrepreneur” and “Philanthropic Woman”, enjoying a stellar public reputation and extensive social recognition.
