Installation Method

Base Jack

According to the scaffolding layout plan, position the adjustable base jacks at designated locations to serve as the foundational support points for the entire frame.

Starter Vertical Post

Insert the shorter end (approx. 350mm) of the starter vertical post into the base jack, ensuring the bottom is fully seated in the recess to form a stable initial vertical post.

First-Level Ledger

Insert both ends of the ledger into the minor holes of the disc, pressing it flush against the outer wall of the vertical post, then secure it with wedge pins to complete the first horizontal connection.

First-Level Vertical Post

Continue inserting standard uprights onto the starter vertical post, progressively building the vertical framework upward.

Second-Level Ledger

Fix the second-level ledgers in sequence following the same installation method as the first level, further reinforcing the frame structure.

Diagonal Brace

Install the diagonal braces sequentially in a diagonal orientation, inserting both ends into the major holes of the disc. After bracing against the standard, secure with wedge pins. Then, install the U-head jack on the standard and adjust its height to meet construction requirements.
